The Persecuted Church is alive
With an ascent of hostile to Semitism and the deliberate disposal of Christianity in numerous nations, I’m giving a post on foundright.org to speak on these issues. We accept that it is extremely significant that we as a Christian body comprehend what is occurring somewhere else and appeal to God for our brethren who are oppressed in view of their love of God. Christians are laying it on the line and giving their lives as a result of their true faith in Christ. We know of over 160,000 (more like 250,000) of our brethren who bite the dust every year due to their strong Christian beliefs, there are likely many more that we don’t know of who die as well. This is occurring overall and expanding breathtakingly bringing us closer to what will occur throughout the tribulation (Rev.7).
200 million Christians over the world endure some manifestation of oppression in view of their faith in Christ. Assuming that that number shocks you, its likely in view of the gigantic failure from the liberal media to blanket the issue of religious mistreatment when Christians are the ones focused on. As unwavering stewards of the Gospel of Christ, Foundright.org feels we have been called to remain in pray about the unGodly media and to teach those around us about the presence and seriousness of Christian abuse and Persecution around the world.
Here are some bible verses to mediate and pray over for the persecution that comes to us as Christian: “Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution” (2 Tim 3:12) “The same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world” (1 Peter 5), “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death” (Rev. 12:11). Please be in prayer about how you can help the persecuted Church around the world.
